How do I get a quote?

Register or log into your account on our website, from there you will be able to see the total cost of your reports including any disbursements.

What are Disbursements?

Disbursements are charges from the utility companies we request plans from on your behalf. These are passed on to you at cost. If you are working for a utility or council or on their behalf their may be discounts to reduce disbursements. Please give us a call on 01926280287 if you think you fall into this category.

How do I order a report?

You can order instantly using our website search tool.

How much is my report and how do I pay?

You can get a quote for the report you need by using our Search now tool. We will let you know how much your report will be including any disbursements before you commit to ordering. Subject to status you can order and pay by Invoice on our standard 30-day credit terms.

What information is included in a Utilities Report?

Each report provides information on the underground services that can be found within your proposed search area. This covers mains water supplies, sewerage, gas and oil pipelines, electricity cables, telecommunication wires, fibre-optic cables and if necessary, any underground transport services. We also include all Independent Gas Transporters (IGTs) and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs) within the UK.

What happens if my site is larger than 1Sq.KM?

If your site can’t be processed via the website search tool please get email contact@technologysolutions2.com for a bespoke quote.

How long will my report take?

This depends on the service your have ordered. Your report will be sent to you on the final day inclusive of any replies we have received from the utility companies. If all the reports from the utility companies are not in by that date we will forward them on as and when we receive them in an updated report. When calculating your delivery date please be aware that we work on full working days and orders after 12pm will start the following working day.

How will I receive my report?

Your Utility Report will be delivered via email in PDF format. The Layered Asset Map is also delivered by email. However, if delivery is not possible due to file size then the report will be delivered via a file sharing service.

How are the utilities shown on the Asset Layered Map?

On the Asset Layered Maps each utility is colour coded for ease of recognition.

Can I upgrade to a faster service?

Any upgrade would incur an additional charge. If you think you need to upgrade your order, please contact us to discuss the options.

Can I cancel my Utilities Report?

If you no longer need your report please contact us right away. We will not be able to offer cancellations on out 24hr or 5 day reports. Cancelation of other reports will incur a cancellation fee in line with our terms and conditions.
