To provide support to New product industrialization and OEM handling, documentationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:NEW PRODUCT INDUSTRIALIZATION : New product industrialization in process through Tyre engg calculation, SAP,PLM.Product validations, analysis,Cut Tyre Rating, Release trackings and adherence of time lines.New process system development and establishing SOP, incorporation of its requirements in SAP.Product QCD (Quality,Cost,Delivery) tracking till Sign off and intiative actions for improvements with CFT.System development and adherence of NPD processTooling knowledge and Procurements w.r.t NPD plan, trackingKnowledgon DFMEA / PFMEA / Control PlanBasic knowledge on SAP / Tyre enggPROCESS & PRODUCT: Optimize the use of existing material / alternate material for Product benefitKnowledge and working experience of Tyre Building,Curing Process and Process trouble shootingAnalyze product failure due to product/process and intiate improvement measuresGenerate quality improvement projects...
